We operate Monday - Friday only and schedule tours around the low tide for the safest experience

We recommend you are a confident swimmer; However, the beauty of our guided tours is we have well experienced and certified guides in the water with you who are able to assist and coach you through the water at all times

Yes, please note we have a minimum age restriction of 5 years old

YOU MAY REBOOK OR CANCEL YOUR TOUR up to 30 DAYS prior to your tour departure day without penalty. Simply email us at oceantoa@gmail.com to cancel.

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR TOUR LESS THAN 72 HOURS BEFORE the scheduled tour departure time or you fail to appear at your selected time slot for your tour, or do not inform us prior to the tour regarding changes including being sick or cannot make the tour, you will be charged the full price of the tour.

IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR TOUR MUST BE CANCELLED or postponed due to unfavourable weather conditions or any other circumstances, you will be contacted via email or phone and rescheduled first based on space availability or receive a full refund.
